Yangzhou Qingteng Trading Co., Ltd. Joins Japanese Business Delegation on Study Visit to Li Auto's Changzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base

The event was jointly initiated by the Shanghai Japanese Association and the Investment Promotion Bureau of Changzhou Wujin West Taihu Lake Development Zone. Its purpose was to immerse delegates in one of China's benchmark intelligent manufacturing enterprises and gain direct insight into real-world digital factory practices against the backdrop of Industry 4.0.

During the visit, the delegation toured four core production workshops — stamping, welding assembly, painting, and general assembly — experiencing firsthand the practical application of Li Auto's proprietary Li-MOS Intelligent Manufacturing Operating System across the production floor. In the welding assembly workshop alone, over 600 intelligent robots operate in synchronized coordination, achieving a 100% automation rate for connection processes, with core assembly tolerances controlled to within 1 millimeter. Since its establishment in the Changzhou Wujin National High-tech Zone in 2016, the base has served as the sole production facility for Li Auto's full lineup from the L6 to L9. Cumulative output has surpassed 1.6 million vehicles, with a new vehicle rolling off the production line every 40 seconds.

Members of the Japanese business delegation expressed high praise for the base's exceptional level of automation and process control. A representative from Yangzhou Qingteng Trading Co., Ltd. noted that observing the advanced manufacturing philosophy of such a benchmark facility provided highly valuable reference points for the company's ongoing efforts to optimize production line layout and enhance overall manufacturing performance.
